Bandage internal sensor includes 1.68M bandage and CR2050 battery, battery life is more than 5 years or 200kKM.
External sensor have CR2050 Battery and CR1632 battery, CR2050 battery life is more than 5 years or 200kKM, CR1632 battery life is 24months only, but it can be replaced by yourself. The chip of sensor are NXP from United States.
Repeater can install under the bus or truck by screw, only give DC24V power enough, and his waterproof of shell is IP67 if you select better power cable.
A. Product overview
1. Include Monitor and Repeater and sensor

temperature and status, then send RF to Repeater and Monitor

power and send tire data to Monitor.
there is normal Repeater, if you use Smart Repeater, can support trailer
exchange
4. Monitor process tire data,
and will give alarm once has any tire is abnormal, for example, low or high
pressure, high temperature, tire leakage ,sensor no work and low battery .
The Monitor can connect GPS module by rs232 TTL
port, and can select can-bus port and embedded installation when you want to
use the monitor in truck or bus manufactures
But if you want to connect with GPS, only
rs232 (TTL) port can be used, can-bus port cann't connect with gps module.

D.1. Monitor
1. Fix on dash board by bracket, and embedded in bus by a hole；
2. select CAN-BUS port and RS232 (TTL) port, support after market and before market
3. if you use can-bus model in before market, can upgrade firmware by can-bus
D.2 Normal Repeater and Smart Repeater
1.Normal Repeater support all sensor. not same sensor ID
2 Trailer sensor id will be saved in smart repeater, finish trailer exchange
2.Smart Repeater connect side light or VCC
3.Repeater be fixed by special bracket, need to use screw and make hole in truck
4.Support different operation of trailer exchange ：
a、Smart repeater Connect foot brake, and will be exchanged by take foot brake
b、not connect foot brake, can exchange new trailer when we drive truck once the speed in 30km/h

Trailer exchange
When we need the function of trailer exchange, we have 2 method do it.
Method 1. :
We connect the Smart repeater ACC to the power of foot brake, once have power of dc24v and the driver take the foot brake, the smart repeater will connect with Monitor Automatic, Needn't to drive truck
Method 2.
We connect the ACC with DC24v together, and once drive the truck and keeping the speed of 30km/h, The Smart repeater will be connected with monitor automatic.
Notice: if the truck head always connected same trailer , needn't to connect again, the monitor will know it automatic.
